This leaf is treated like a world, full of the macroscopic detail that we can almost see in normal vision. It is the product of multiple focus stacks of 80 or more photographs shot as a panorama. The detail cannot be shown on this website because of lack of resolution (there is a difference between 400M and 10M) so a detail is provided.

The result shows the structure and minutia of life and death, with, hopefully, the paradoxical result that death emphasizes exquisite life.
